Shipping & Returns

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your order. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery as we cannot guarantee Postal Service delivery times.

Please note that shipping prices are now the same online as they are at the events.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after an order is placed. Please call 770-639-5223 or email returns@thefastshot.com and instructions on how to return the photos will be provided. Returns can only be made for defective materials. If you are unhappy with the quality of your photographs we will make every effort to correct them and reserve the right to offer replacement before making a refund.

Our policy is that we want you to return as a customer and as such we want your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied 100% please call or email immediately.
